He calls himself „Catman“. Christian lives with his two cats Marmelade and Katjuscha. They are inseparable. As he is yearning to become a father, he decides to fertilize his beloved cat Marmelade by an exquisite tomcat from abroad. “All Cats Are Grey In The Dark” is a melodrama that portrays an unconventional relationship between animal and human.

Lasse Linder

Biography

Lasse Linder was born 1994 in St. Gallen, Switzerland. While studying German Literature and Cinema Studies at the University of Zurich he realised he’d rather make films himself. Therefore, he went on to work as an editor and directed several short films in Switzerland and abroad. Since 2016 he has studied Video at Lucerne School of Art and Design (HSLU). His first short film BASHKIMI UNITED received several prices in Switzerland like a Special Mention at the Swiss Film School Day at the Internationale Kurzfilmtage Winterthur. ALL CATS ARE GREY AT NIGHT is his bachelor-film.
